TheatreExtreme and Pumphouse Players team up to bring you on an approximately 2.5 mile walking tour of downtown Cartersville for a tour that’s part history, part hauntings, and all fun! On October 23 and 24, limited groups (Max: 7) will start and end their tours at the Legion Theatre, with 2 hours of local legends and ghostly lore in between. Tours will depart every 30 minutes from 6pm to 10pm.
Wear your walking shoes and enjoy hearing our storytellers cover the most fascinating tales of alleged haunts, ghost sightings, and eerie activity.

ABOUT THE TOUR ROUTE
Our guides will lead you on an approximately 2 hour walking tour, covering 2.5 miles throughout downtown Cartersville, across the Church St. bridge to Douglas St., and back. You will be provided with a map and detailed description of the tour stops at the beginning of the tour.
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and wearing comfortable walking shoes because the tour will run in light rain and moderate weather!
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring an ID for check-in. We recommend bringing along a bottle of water, as well. Although gratuity is not required, tips are always appreciated for a job well done.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at the historic Legion Theatre 15-30 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time for check-in. Groups will leave promptly at departure time. Refunds will not be granted for late arrival.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Guests are asked to follow all public health guidelines, including physical distancing. If entering the historic Legion Theatre building (e.g. restroom use, waiting for departure) masks are required. Any guest demonstrating symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to participate.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Any decision to postpone or cancel will be made at least 30 minutes prior to the event if at all possible. In the event of an official postponement or cancellation due to inclement weather, refunds or exchanges will be made available.
